    1. Introductory provisions

    These terms and conditions govern the rights and obligations between the seller (Ivana Delmotte) and the buyer (you) when purchasing goods through the online store www.fitbelly.cz.

    2. Order and conclusion of the contract

    • All orders placed through the e-shop are binding.

    • The purchase contract is concluded when you receive an order confirmation from us by email.

    • We reserve the right to cancel an order if the goods are not available or in the event of a serious reason (of which we will inform you immediately).

    3. Prices and payment

    • Prices are inclusive of VAT (if charged) and are valid at the time of ordering.

    • Goods can be paid for by bank transfer or card online.

    • We only ship the goods after receiving payment, unless otherwise agreed.

    4. Shipping and delivery terms

    • We ship goods via DPD shipping services.

    • The usual delivery time is 2-7 business days from receipt of payment.

    • The shipping price will be displayed in the cart before completing the order.

    • Personal collection is possible by prior arrangement in Prague or Tuklatey.

    5. Withdrawal from the contract (return of goods)

    • You have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the goods.

    • To cancel, please contact me by email.

    • The goods must be returned undamaged, clean, and in their original packaging.

    • After receiving and checking the goods, I will refund your money back to your account within 14 days.

    • The costs of returning the goods are borne by the buyer.

    6. Complaints

    • If a defect appears on the product, you have the right to claim it under the statutory warranty (24 months).

    • I will handle the complaint as soon as possible, no later than within 30 days.

    • In the event of a justified complaint, you have the right to repair, exchange, discount or refund.

    • To make a complaint, please contact me by email, ideally including photo documentation of the defect.

    7. Protection of personal data

    • I process your personal data only for the purpose of processing your order and keeping accounts.

    • I never pass them on to third parties except the carrier who needs the data for delivery.

    8. Final provisions

    • These terms and conditions are valid from July 7, 2025.

    • We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions at any time - the version published at the time of order always applies.

    • In case of disputes, we follow Czech law and are happy to resolve everything humanely and by agreement.
