What methods do I provide?

The methods are focused on restoring the body's proper functioning through fascia work, neurodynamics, and consistent use of breath and diaphragm movements. Our goal is to achieve automation of these processes so that your body functions naturally and efficiently, without you having to constantly control every movement. We try to let your body handle the proper function on its own, while you can focus on what is really important to you.

About me

I am an occupational therapist and the founder of the FitBelly method, which combines the latest findings from the field of functional movement, physiotherapy, and breath work.

I have been working in the field for more than 18 years and during this time I have specialized in the issues of the pelvic floor, diastasis, abdominal wall and diaphragm function.

My professional journey began in 2007 in Spain, where I first taught movement classes and discovered my passion for working with the body. Since then, I have been continuously educating myself and regularly speaking at medical and professional conferences, sharing my experiences with integrating the hypopressive method into rehabilitation and prevention.

I am a certified instructor and lecturer of several internationally recognized methods:

  • Hypopressive method – therapy aimed at restoring the function of the core of the body, pelvic floor and posture.

  • Low Pressure Fitness – a method combining hypopressive techniques with myofascial and neurodynamic training.

  • Winner Flow – a breathing trainer that supports the correct breathing pattern and strengthens the diaphragm.

  • K-Stretch – an innovative method working with fascial chains and postural correction.

My vision is to bring into practice modern, scientifically based approaches that help women and men regain a healthy and functional body.

In individual and group lessons, I combine professional knowledge of occupational therapy with innovative methods of working with the body and breath to help clients not only eliminate difficulties, but also achieve long-term sustainable results.

My work is based on respect for the uniqueness of each person and the belief that the body has the ability to regenerate and change if we give it the right conditions.
