Cancellation Policy

Reservations and payments Ergonomic therapy takes place at your home after prior arrangement of a specific date. It is always necessary to pay a deposit of 500 CZK in advance. The balance is paid on site after the end of the therapy - either in cash or by immediate payment via the mobile application (QR code). The service can be arranged as a one-time or regular (e.g. 1-2 times a week as needed). The price for the therapy depends on the length of the session and the intensity of the care - it will be agreed in advance. Travel expenses are charged separately according to the distance and will be specified when arranging the date. Client obligations The client confirms that he will be present and ready for therapy on the given date (environment with minimal distractions, safe for work). If the date is changed, the therapy must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, the deposit will be forfeited. The client agrees to provide relevant information about his health condition, which may affect the course of the therapy. Occupational therapist commitments The therapist is committed to a professional, discreet and ethical approach, including confidentiality of the client's personal information. She will arrive at each session prepared according to the agreed topic (e.g. daily activity training, memory training, motor skills work, etc.). In the event of cancellation on her part, she will offer an alternative date or refund of the deposit.
