Diastasis Recti Diagnosis

Diastasis recti (separation of the rectus abdominis muscles) is a diagnosis that affects more and more women – not only after giving birth. Many of them have already visited a physiotherapist or doctor, where they learned that they have diastasis.

What is it related to?

But few people explain to them how crucial a role breathing, posture, and the condition of our main inspiratory muscle – the diaphragm – play. And that natural co-activation should work in the center of the body.

Exercise without side effects

Instead of recommending surgery or classic abdominal strengthening, you can start actively working on the cause - proper activation of the deep abdominal muscles, diaphragm, and core.
Surgery doesn't address the cause, only the effects. Proper exercise and breathing techniques will help you close your diastasis naturally, without the risk of side effects.

Look for a diaphragm behind everything.

What causes and relieves diastasis recti?

The diaphragm is our main inspiratory muscle – and the key to a functional core.

When it is not working properly, it can:

  • weaken the deep abdominal muscles,

  • impair the stability of the torso,

  • increase the risk of back pain,

  • contribute to the fact that diastasis does not improve.

✅ Proper activation and relaxation of the diaphragm = stronger core, smaller diastasis and better posture.

And that's exactly what I'm going to teach you. Without the hard work. Without the stress.

Breathing exercises

Hypopressive method

The hypopressive method is a gentle breathing and postural exercise that reduces intra-abdominal pressure, strengthens the diaphragm, and improves its function. Proper diaphragm function is key to reflux problems – when the diaphragm doesn't work well, the lower esophageal sphincter weakens, making it easier for acids to flow back into the esophagus.

Exhalation trainer

Winner Flow®

Winner Flow helps to lengthen the exhalation and activate the deep abdominal muscles and diaphragm, thereby promoting relaxation and better cooperation during breathing. The combination of these methods naturally supports digestion and relieves reflux symptoms.
