Thanks to this, we can fully focus on the exercise during the lesson and not waste time finding out details. If necessary, we will discuss some information together at the beginning of the lesson. Individual approach Each lesson is tailored to match your physical capabilities, health condition and personal goals. Whether you want to improve breathing patterns, strengthen CORE, or learn the basics of a specific method, the lesson will be tailored exactly for you. What do you need? To work with Winner Flow, you must have purchased a trainer in advance - you can order it from our e-shop. For other methods, comfortable clothes, an exercise mat and a quiet place where you can devote yourself are enough.
