You'll get a head start with a method that works - the hypopressive method addresses the real problems of today's women (diastasis, incontinence, back pain...) in a different way than they're used to. And you'll be among the first to be able to teach it correctly and with results.

You will learn how to conduct individual and group lessons – clearly, understandably and confidently. The course will equip you not only with the technique of the hypopressive method, but also with how to effectively pass it on. You will receive a manual, structure, support and follow-up support from the FitBelly® brand.

Teoretická část

  • Principles of hypopressive technique – how and why it affects our body.

  • Benefits for women's health, especially after childbirth.

  • The most common problems it helps solve: diastasis of the abdominal muscles, urinary incontinence, back pain, poor posture, reflux and others.

Practical part

  • You will learn all 6 basic positions of the hypopressive method.

  • You will gain skills in assessing posture and detecting muscle imbalances in the deep stabilization system.

  • Together we will practice hypopressive exercises, but also functional exercises aimed at relaxing and properly functioning fascia.

  • You will gain knowledge in leading both individual and group lessons

Course structure and schedule

The course takes place in 4 sessions, which combine theoretical and practical teaching.

The scheduled dates are two weekends - one in November and one in January.

November 22 and 23, 2025 + January 24 and 25, 2026 always from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Who will guide you through the course?

Ivana Delmotte Chalupecká

The course will be led by Bc. Ivana Delmotte Chalupecká , founder of the FitBelly® method, occupational therapist, specialist in respiratory and postural therapy and certified lecturer of the hypopressive method since

year 2012.

Ivana is intensely devoted to the study of deep anatomy, breathing techniques and functional training . Her work is based on the connection of scientific knowledge with practical experience.

She also speaks at medical and professional conferences , where she shares her knowledge and experience with the hypopressive method. She has been a guest on television programs and thanks to this, she brings information to the general public. She actively leads group and personal lessons, workshops, webinars and sports weekends to transfer her knowledge as effectively as possible and help women improve their health and quality of life .
