Breathing for a healthy pelvic floor
and functional CORE
The hypopressive method is a gentle breathing and postural exercise that reduces intra-abdominal pressure, strengthens the diaphragm and improves its function. The correct functioning of the diaphragm is crucial for problems with the center of the body such as incontinence, a bulging belly, back pain, diastasis or reflux. When the diaphragm does not work, intra-abdominal pressure increases and the interplay between the diaphragm, deep muscles and pelvic floor muscles is disrupted. The hypopressive method restores this lost interplay, intra-abdominal pressure decreases, reflex activation of the deep muscles occurs and thus the aforementioned ailments are reduced or eliminated.

Lesson 1 - Introduction to hypopressive methods

Did you know that even common activities like coughing or classic exercises can weaken the pelvic floor? The hypopressive method works differently - without excessive pressure, but with maximum effect! I will teach you how to properly adjust your body and breath so that your CORE works naturally and automatically.
Lesson 2 - Breath as the Key to a Solid Center

Breathing isn't just about oxygen - proper diaphragm activation affects your entire body! In this lesson, I'll teach you how to breathe in a way that automatically engages your CORE, slims your belly, and strengthens your pelvic floor without effort or conscious muscle contraction.
Lesson 3 - Game-Changing Posture

Proper posture is the foundation of everything. An elongated spine, an active core, and relaxed shoulders are the secrets to a healthy back and a firm stomach. In this lesson, I'll teach you how subtle changes in posture can activate deep muscles and promote healthy posture.
Lesson 4 - Hypopressive maneuver - a technique that pushes the limits

This is where the real magic of the hypopressive method begins! Using specific breathing and chest work, you will learn to activate your CORE without overloading your abdominal wall. You will discover how to apply this technique while standing, sitting, and lying down to feel strong, light, and balanced.
Lesson 5 - How to activate CORE automatically and without conscious effort

Forget about constantly pulling in your abs! Your body can activate your core on its own – you just need to give it the right impulse. Working with your shoulder blades, changing your center of gravity, and transferring your weight will help you move your CORE naturally, without unnecessary tension.
Lesson 6 - Final integration - connecting all elements

You did it! Now you know how to breathe properly, hold your body, and activate your deep muscles. In this lesson, we will put everything together so that the hypopressive method becomes a natural part of your life – standing, sitting, and lying down. Now all you have to do is practice regularly and watch the amazing results!
Who will guide you through the course?
I am Ivana Delmotte Chalupecká, founder of the FitBelly® hypopressive method, expert and trainer of this method in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. I am also an occupational therapist and an enthusiastic mother of two young children.
I would compare my journey to the hypopressive method to a journey to truly understand the female body and CORE.
With almost 20 years of experience in sports and fitness, I have gone through every possible style – from dynamic classes like Body Combat to Pilates.
I spent 7 years in Spain , where I worked as an instructor and encountered the hypopressive method, which literally changed my life.

Dříve jsem trávila hodiny cvičením klasických břišních cviků,
ale pocit pevného středu byl vždy jen dočasný..
Musela jsem břicho vědomě stále zatahovat,
což bylo nepohodlné a omezující.
Neustálé zatínání břicha mi omezovalo dýchání,
a během lekcí, kdy jsem potřebovala mluvit nahlas,
často i s činkou v ruce a hlasitou hudbou,
jsem bránici vůbec nevyužívala správně.
Všechno šlo přes hlasivky, až jsem je nakonec přetížila a musela podstoupit operaci.
Tohle pro mě bylo zlomové!
Objevila jsem hypopresivní metodu a nahradila
všechny tradiční cviky na břicho touto metodou.
Výsledky byly neuvěřitelné.
Od té doby nemusím dělat žádné sedy lehy, žádná prkna – mé břicho drží samo od sebe a pracuje v harmonii s dechem a celým CORE. I po dvou porodech všechno drží tam, kde má, a já se mohu volně nadechnout.

Cvičení fitbelly je super pro každého, kdo chce posílit svaly pánevního dna, mít zdravá záda bez bolesti a taky se mimo jiné nehrbit. Cvičím to už 9 let a nedovedu si představit přestat :-D Fakt je to super úplně na všechno a lekce vede úžasná lektorka Ivanka, která je neskutečně laskavá,. ochotná, vše krásně vysvětluje a vždy pomůže :-) Tak dámy a pánové, jděte do toho... ;-)

Díky FitBelly, se mi zpevnil střed těla a přestala mne bolet záda. Lekce jsou fajn, lektorka dokáže motivovat a pod jejím vedením si krásně protáhnu celé tělo. Doma mi pak stačí pravidelně pár minut cvičení. Vnímám, že mne tato metoda vede k lepšímu držení těla.
