Breathing exercises

Hypopressive method

The hypopressive method is a gentle breathing and postural exercise that reduces intra-abdominal pressure, strengthens the diaphragm, and improves its function. Proper diaphragm function is key to reflux problems – when the diaphragm doesn't work well, the lower esophageal sphincter weakens, making it easier for acids to flow back into the esophagus.

K-Stretch® is a special postural bench that helps to release overworked muscles, align the body and restore natural posture. It works with fascia and breath - gently but very effectively. Suitable for back and joint pain, scoliosis, after childbirth and muscle imbalance. Thanks to it, the body learns to work together again in lightness and balance.
