Course schedule

Day 1

You will understand what is bothering you and find out how to recognize a functional CORE. You will learn a simple diaphragm massage - the basis of a healthy body.

Day 2

You will learn about breath, the key to body harmony. I will introduce you to the hypopressive method that is changing the lives of women all over the world.

Day 3

You will try the basics of the hypopressive method and find out how you can continue practicing.
