The intermediate classes build upon the beginner course or are designed for individuals who already have prior experience with exercise—whether through one-on-one or group sessions, workshops, or sports weekends. In addition to the hypopressive method, each session includes functional exercises focused on working with fascia, correcting posture, stretching shortened muscles, and activating deep muscles that play a key role in maintaining proper alignment of the shoulders, spine, and pelvis. 🌈 What Else Do the Classes Offer? The primary goal of these classes is to refresh and deepen your existing knowledge while gradually expanding your exercise repertoire with additional variations of the basic positions. The structured approach allows for a systematic progression from familiar positions to new and more challenging ones. Each lesson is carefully designed to promote gradual learning and improvement of techniques. A key component of every session is the integration of functional exercises that target fascia work, posture correction, stretching of shortened muscles, and activation of deep muscles. These exercises are essential in maintaining the proper positioning of the shoulders, spine, and pelvis, contributing to overall body strength. 💪 Why Is the Hypopressive Method So Effective? The hypopressive method isn’t just about strengthening the abdominal muscles—it’s a comprehensive approach that improves posture, strengthens the pelvic floor, and reduces pressure on the spine. Participation Terms: All participants declare that their health condition allows them to fully participate in the hypopressive method classes. If a client has any health limitations, they are obliged to inform the instructor in advance. If uncertain about the suitability of this exercise for their health condition, clients are advised to consult their physician. Payment: The course fee must be paid 14 days before the course begins, either in cash at the gym or via bank transfer to account: 212121381/5500. Absence Policy: If you are unable to attend a session within the closed course for any reason, the instructor will provide an update on the covered positions after each class, along with assignments for the following week. By prior arrangement and subject to availability, it is possible to make up for a missed session in another course. Cancellation Policy (counted from the start date of the closed course): 14 - 8 days before: 25% of the course fee 7 - 4 days before: 50% of the course fee 3 days or less: 100% of the course fee
