We would like to invite you to our special course on the Hypopressive Method for beginners. This course includes 10 lessons that follow each other in order to gradually introduce you to the full scope of this method. The course is designed to take you from the very basics to the point where you are able to practice on your own with complete confidence, whether at home or in advanced lessons. We draw on knowledge from the Método Hipopresivo, Low Pressure Fitness and Oxygen Advantage methods.

🧘‍♀️ What can you expect from our course?

The very first lesson will be 30 minutes longer, as it will also include a short presentation of the method, which will introduce you to the basic pillars and principles of the method. In the following lessons, we will fully devote ourselves to the Hypopressive Method and teach you the basic positions and techniques that will allow you to work correctly with your core. This is the foundation on which we will build.

Once you are comfortable with all five basic poses, we will gradually expand our training. We will also practice other functional exercises that will help you strengthen and tone not only your core, but also other parts of your body.

💪 Why is the Hypopressive Method so effective?

The Hypopressive Method is not just about strengthening the abdominal muscles. It is a comprehensive method that helps improve posture, strengthen the pelvic floor, and reduce pressure on the spine. It is ideal for people who suffer from back pain, incontinence, reflux, and are looking for overall well-being. In addition, it is practiced in small groups of a maximum of 9 people. This way we ensure greater individuality and control over the implementation of the method.

  • We will start with diaphragmatic breathing and test the condition of our diaphragm.
  • We will gradually cover all five basic positions. During the course, we will also get to more difficult variations of these positions, but always with respect to the pace and capabilities of the entire group.
