This presentation focuses on the hypopressive method and its effect on the female pelvic floor. I present scientific studies, clinical evidence, and videos that illustrate how this method can contribute to the prevention and rehabilitation of various gynecological problems, as well as a dysfunctional core.

The course will be led by Bc. Ivana Delmotte Chalupecká , founder of the FitBelly® method, occupational therapist, specialist in respiratory and postural therapy and certified lecturer of the hypopressive method since
year 2012.
Ivana is intensely devoted to the study of deep anatomy, breathing techniques and functional training . Her work is based on the connection of scientific knowledge with practical experience.
She also speaks at medical and professional conferences , where she shares her knowledge and experience with the hypopressive method. She has been a guest on television programs and thanks to this, she brings information to the general public. She actively leads group and personal lessons, workshops, webinars and sports weekends to transfer her knowledge as effectively as possible and help women improve their health and quality of life .
