Service Description
Introduction to the Hypopressive Method – Beginners Course (2x2 hours) Do you feel like it’s time to do something for your body? Join me for the introductory lessons of the Hypopressive Technique – a method that naturally activates deep muscles, helps the body straighten up again, relieves back pain, strengthens the core and brings lightness to movement and breathing. What awaits you? Two meetings, each 2 hours long. Together we will spend 4 hours that will belong to you, your breath and your body. We will briefly talk about what the Hypopressive Method actually is, why it works and who it is suitable for. But most importantly – we will practice most of the time. Right at the first lesson we will do basic breathing and postural tests so that you know where you are coming from and what can change. We will learn to relax the diaphragm using a gentle massage, try the first breathing techniques and start with the first or second position. At the second meeting, we will review everything, deepen our breathing, and add additional positions, depending on how the group feels. I adapt the program to the current needs – each group is different and each one matters. Why come? My intention is for everyone to leave with the feeling that they understand what they are doing and can practice on their own at home. We are not chasing performance. Do not expect a rigid explanation – but practical guidance, support, and gentle progress. The course is the first part of a basic introduction to the method and will be followed by a continuation, where we will complete the remaining basic positions – and maybe look at the more advanced ones. But everything is nice and step by step. Who is the course suitable for? Cancellation Policy
Conditions for participation in lessons: All participants declare that their health allows them to fully participate in the hypopressive method lessons. If the client has any health restrictions, they are obliged to inform the instructor about this fact in advance. In case of uncertainty about whether the exercise is suitable for a given health condition, we recommend consulting with the attending physician. Payment: The course can be paid for by credit card, Google Pay, Apple Pay, bank transfer or via PayPal. Absence from a lesson: Participation in both lessons is highly recommended - especially the first lesson is key, because it explains the basics on which the rest is built. It is therefore ideal to complete it on time. However, if you are absent from the second lesson, there are several options for replacing the lesson: - If another beginner course is currently taking place and there is a vacancy in it, the lesson can be replaced there. - Lessons can also be replaced in advanced courses, if their capacity allows. It is always necessary to agree on a replacement in advance - the capacity of individual lessons is limited. However, everything can be adjusted so that the course is completed in full and with understanding. Cancellation policy (days are taken from the start of the closed course): 14 - 8 days 25% of the price 7 days - 4 days 50% of the price 3 and less days 100% of the course price
