Who will guide you through the webinar?
I am Ivana Delmotte Chalupecká, founder of the FitBelly® hypopressive method, expert and trainer of this method in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. I am also an occupational therapist and an enthusiastic mother of two young children.
I would compare my journey to the hypopressive method to a journey to truly understand the female body and CORE.
With almost 20 years of experience in sports and fitness, I have gone through every possible style – from dynamic classes like Body Combat to Pilates.
I spent 7 years in Spain , where I worked as an instructor and encountered the hypopressive method, which literally changed my life.

Dříve jsem trávila hodiny cvičením klasických břišních cviků,
ale pocit pevného středu byl vždy jen dočasný..
Musela jsem břicho vědomě stále zatahovat,
což bylo nepohodlné a omezující.
Neustálé zatínání břicha mi omezovalo dýchání,
a během lekcí, kdy jsem potřebovala mluvit nahlas,
často i s činkou v ruce a hlasitou hudbou,
jsem bránici vůbec nevyužívala správně.
Všechno šlo přes hlasivky, až jsem je nakonec přetížila a musela podstoupit operaci.
Tohle pro mě bylo zlomové!
Objevila jsem hypopresivní metodu a nahradila
všechny tradiční cviky na břicho touto metodou.
Výsledky byly neuvěřitelné.
Od té doby nemusím dělat žádné sedy lehy, žádná prkna – mé břicho drží samo od sebe a pracuje v harmonii s dechem a celým CORE. I po dvou porodech všechno drží tam, kde má, a já se mohu volně nadechnout.
